Attorney Bio
Amanda is originally from Eugene, Oregon. After twenty years in Northwest Portland, Amanda returned to Eugene in 2023. She is enjoying being back in her hometown of Eugene and building her practice there. Amanda also enjoys frequent visits back to Portland.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with Honors, from Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon, where she graduated Cum Laude. Amanda also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude.
Upon her return to Oregon after law school and admission to the Oregon State Bar, Amanda opened a law practice in Portland, where she assisted clients in a variety of legal matters, including Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianships, Business Formation, and Family Law. After several years of practice, Amanda closed her law practice to be a full-time caregiver to her children. After eleven years of being a stay-at-home parent full-time (including several years of Active Pro Bono bar membership, providing pro bono services to a non-profit legal provider), Amanda reopened her private practice in 2019 to provide Estate Planning and Administration services. Her goal is to provide professional, compassionate representation to families to assist them with their estate and incapacity plans or after the death of a loved one.
Amanda and her husband have four children, and enjoy spending time with them. Amanda especially enjoys travel, history, photography and reading.
Amanda greatly values community involvement and has been a volunteer with Senior Law Project, St. Andrew Legal Clinic, Pegasus Playhouse, and has also been an active school volunteer for variety of school events, art literacy and literacy support
